Community Guidelines

We are committed to creating a positive and engaging environment where all members feel respected, valued, and empowered to contribute. These Community Guidelines outline the expectations for behavior within our platform, events, community spaces, as well as our social media groups and channels. By participating, you agree to adhere to these guidelines and help us build a thriving community.

1. Respect
We believe in the power of respect. All members are expected to treat each other with kindness, understanding, and respect, regardless of their background or beliefs. This includes:

• Welcoming Environment: Help ensure that all members, regardless of background or ability, can fully participate in our community.
• Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech and Discrimination: We do not tolerate any form of hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, antisemitism, or any other discriminatory behavior. This includes derogatory comments, slurs, or any actions that promote hate or intolerance.

• No Harassment or Bullying: Harassment, personal attacks, bullying, or intimidation of any kind are strictly prohibited. All members should feel safe to express their opinions without fear of being targeted or ridiculed.
• Value Differences: Be open to different perspectives and experiences. Learn from one another to grow individually and collectively.

2. Constructive Participation and Engagement
We thrive on constructive participation and meaningful engagement. As a member of the Chief Stephan Community, we encourage you to:

• Engage Positively: Participate in discussions and activities with a positive, solution-oriented mindset. Focus on building up the community and supporting others.
• Constructive Discourse: Encourage healthy debate and dialogue. Critique ideas, not people. Aim to build each other up, not tear each other down.

• Stay On-Topic: Keep discussions relevant to the themes and goals of the Chief Stephan Ecosystem. Avoid spamming, off-topic posts, or disruptive behavior that detracts from constructive dialogue.

• Collaborate and Support: Offer constructive feedback, share knowledge, and collaborate on projects to help each other grow and succeed.

3. No Extremism or Promotion of Violence
The Chief Stephan Community is a place for constructive dialogue and growth. We do not allow any form of extremism, radicalization, or content that promotes violence or illegal activities.

• Prohibited Content: Content that promotes hate groups, violent extremism, or illegal behavior is strictly forbidden. This includes any material that incites violence, discrimination, or hostility.

4. Commitment to Accuracy and Honesty
The integrity of our community relies on honest and accurate communication. Therefore:

• No Misinformation or False Claims: Spreading misinformation, conspiracy theories, or false claims is prohibited. Content shared within the community should be fact-based, reliable, and contribute to informed discussions.

• Be Transparent and Honest: Share information transparently and honestly. Misrepresentation, deceit, or sharing false information is not acceptable.

5. Respect for Intellectual Property and Privacy
We respect intellectual property and privacy rights and expect all community members to do the same.

• No Unauthorized Sharing: Do not share copyrighted material, proprietary information, or personal data without proper authorization.

• Credit and Acknowledgment: Give proper credit when referencing others' work, ideas, or content. Respect the privacy of others and do not share personal information without consent.

6. No Unauthorized Advertising or Self-Promotion
To keep our community focused and valuable to all members, we do not allow unsolicited advertising or self-promotion without explicit permission.

• No Spamming or Unapproved Promotions: Do not use the community to advertise products, services, referral links, or other promotions without prior approval from Chief Stephan's moderators or administrators.

• Stay Relevant: Content should add value to discussions and not serve solely as a means of promotion.

7. Security and Privacy
Protecting the privacy and security of our members is paramount. All members are expected to:

• Respect Privacy: Do not share someone else's personal information without their consent. Doxing, or revealing private information about others, is strictly prohibited.

• Stay Secure: Use strong passwords and report any suspicious activity or potential security breaches to the Chief Stephan Support Team.

8. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
All activities within the Chief Stephan Ecosystem must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• No Illegal Activities: Do not use the platform for any unlawful purposes or activities that violate local, national, or international laws.

9. Reporting Violations
If you witness any behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, please report it to the Chief Stephan support team at support@chiefstephan.com. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action to address any violations.

10. Consequences of Violations
Violating these Community Guidelines may result in actions including, but not limited to:

• Warnings.
• Temporary or permanent suspension of community privileges.
• Removal of content that violates these guidelines.
• Reporting to legal authorities if necessary.

These actions are taken at our sole discretion and without a refund or compensation for any memberships, licenses, services or products purchased.

11. Continuous Improvement
These guidelines are subject to change as our community grows and evolves. We encourage feedback and suggestions to improve our Community Guidelines. Updates will be posted, and members are encouraged to review them periodically.
